What this is. Dark Ark Family Edition is an educational planning tool published by Battle Intelligence Group. It organizes widely published preparedness guidance around the answers you give.
What it is not. It is not legal, medical, insurance, tax, or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service. Quantities, timelines, and product classes are general guidance; your household, your home, your health, and your local officials' instructions take precedence. Follow evacuation orders from your emergency management agency. For medication questions, ask your pharmacist or physician. For insurance questions, ask your agent.
No warranty. The tool is provided as is. Battle Intelligence Group makes no warranty that it is complete, current, or fit for your situation, and is not liable for losses arising from its use.
Your data. Everything you enter is stored only in your browser on your device. We do not collect it. Use the backup tool in Settings to keep a copy.
Refunds. Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email support@battleintelgroup.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full price to the card you paid with.
Updates. Your purchase includes any updates we publish through the next annual refresh (December of the purchase year, or the following December if you buy after November 1). After that, continued use of your installed version is yours at no charge.
Who may buy. You must be 18 or older to purchase. The planner is offered to residents of the United States and its territories only.
Governing law. Battle Intelligence Group is based in Florida. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts for Orange County, Florida, except that either side may use small claims court where it is available.
Agreement. You accept these terms when you check the box at checkout and again when you enter the planner. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. The version in force when you bought applies to you.
Website privacy. The planner sends nothing to us. Our website collects only what you submit on the feedback page (processed by Netlify Forms), your email and payment details when you buy (processed by Stripe; we never see your card number), and emails you send to support. We do not sell or share it and run no advertising or analytics trackers. We may email buyers about planner updates; every such message includes a way to unsubscribe. Full notice: privacy.
License. One purchase covers one household's use on any number of that household's devices. Please do not redistribute the file or the access word.
Pilot. During the pilot, access is free in exchange for feedback. Pilot households keep their access at launch.
